Rapid Prototype Evaluation
Rapid Prototype Evaluation is a quick turn-around methodology to evaluate early product prototypes versus consumer expectations and desires. Rapid Prototype Evaluation:
- Allows respondents to interact with a physical product prototype
- Yields a clear reading on how the product prototype is perceived versus the ideal, on a series of experiential and perceptual dimensions
- Evaluates the components (i.e. name, product, positioning) on the same set of dimensions
- Quickly develops recommendations for refinement and/or improvement for all individual components
